The Research Center for Islamic Legislation and Ethics held its 9th Annual International Conference, in collaboration with Freie Universität Berlin, under the title:

 

Islamic Virtue Ethics: Historical Trajectories and Modern Implications

 

It was hosted virtually by Webex on 20-21 September 2021.

Scholars and researchers from different parts of the world presented their research findings and debate on the conference themes including virtues and vices, virtue ethics, and virtues and applied ethics. Students from the College of Islamic Studies in Qatar, have also presented their MA theses in Applied Islamic Ethics Program.
